Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings.

 We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

Check-in/Check-out

Check in is from 4pm and check out is 11am. If you require early access to your room or a later check out these must be pre-arranged with the hotel and are subject to availability, a charge may also be applicable.  Please notify the hotel if you plan to check into your room after 9pm. 

You will be asked to show a credit or debit card upon check-in and make full payment before being allowed access to your room.  

Cancellation Policy

The hotels cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival.  If you fail to cancel within this time the cost of the first night’s stay will be chargeable.  Cancellation policy terms may change if you have booked 3 or more rooms and you will be made aware of your specific terms upon booking.  

 Payment

We require a card to guarantee the booking, charges will not be applied until arrival.  Any packages that require deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Standing Stones operates a strict non-smoking policy, a smoking fine of £100.00 will be charged if we believe guests have been smoking in their rooms to cover deep cleaning costs.

Damages & Lost Property

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs.

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

Pets & Service Dogs

We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs
